# Accounts
Every mailbox you bought, with its current health and the tools to get its credentials out.
## The list
| Column | What it shows |
| ---------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Login** | The mailbox address. A `WTOK` tag means it also has a linked WTok account. |
| **Status** | `healthy`, `degraded`, `expired` or `pending` — see below. |
| **Batches** | The [batches](/the-console/batches.md) this mailbox belongs to. A mailbox can be in more than one. |
| **Subscription** | Its push-notification subscription, when it has one. |
| **Sub expires** | When that subscription needs renewing. Renewal is automatic. |
| **Imported** | When the mailbox was added to your account. |
| **Actions** | **Resubscribe** — see below. |
The header counts loaded rows against the total. Scrolling loads more.
Click any sortable column header to sort; click again to reverse.
## What the statuses mean
| Status | Meaning | What to do |
| ------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| 🟢 `healthy` | Fetching mail normally. | Nothing. |
| 🟠 `degraded` | Reachable but unreliable right now — often provider throttling. | Usually recovers on its own. Worth watching if it persists. |
| 🔴 `expired` | Cannot currently fetch. The session with the provider needs re-establishing. | Try **Resubscribe**. If it stays expired, ask for help. |
| 🔵 `pending` | Newly added, not yet confirmed working. | Wait. It should turn healthy shortly. |

A few non-healthy mailboxes at any moment is normal. What matters is the trend: the **Healthy share** figure on the [Dashboard](/the-console/dashboard.md) staying high.

## Filtering
| Control | What it does |
| ---------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Search login** | Substring match on the mailbox address. |
| **All statuses** | Narrow to `healthy`, `degraded`, `expired` or `pending`. |
| **All batches** | Narrow to one batch. |
| **WTok** | Only mailboxes with a linked WTok account. |
| **Bare** | Only mailboxes **without** one. Mutually exclusive with **WTok**. |
| **Pooled** | Only mailboxes currently in a pool. |
| **Filter list** | Paste a list of email addresses to narrow the table to exactly those. Invaluable for reconciling against a list you already hold. |
| **Export** | Download credentials for the current scope — see [Exporting credentials](/credentials/exporting.md). |
| **Refresh** | Re-fetch, bypassing cached counts. |
Status and batch filters live in the URL, so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared. Arriving from a [Dashboard](/the-console/dashboard.md) status figure lands you here pre-filtered.
## Selecting
* **Click** a checkbox to select a row.
* **Shift-click** another to select the range between.
* The **header checkbox** selects every loaded row.
* With a filter active you are offered **select all matching** — which acts on the whole filtered set on the server, not just what is on screen.
A bar appears showing the count and the available actions.
## Row actions
Right-click a row, use the **⋯** button, or long-press on touch.
| Action | What it does |
| -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **View mail** | Opens the [Inbox](/the-console/inbox.md) filtered to just this mailbox. |
| **View WTok credentials…** | Reveals this mailbox's login, mailbox password and WTok password. Every reveal is recorded. |
| **Copy ▸** | Email, password, `email:password`, or `email:wtok`. With several rows selected, one per line. |
| **Resubscribe** | Re-establishes the push subscription. The first thing to try on an `expired` mailbox. |
| **Assign to batch…** | Add to a batch. Existing batch memberships are kept. |
| **Move to batch…** | Add to a batch and optionally remove from its current ones. |
| **Remove from batch…** | Take out of a batch. The mailbox itself is untouched. |
### Revealing credentials
Each field has its own copy button.

Every reveal and every export is recorded. That is deliberate — if a credential turns up somewhere it should not, the record is how you find out when it left.

## Exporting credentials in bulk
**Export** in the toolbar downloads credentials for the current selection, or for every row matching your filters.

## Buying more
The card above the table shows how many mailboxes you hold, your current pricing tier, and a quantity box for buying more.

## Batches
**Batches** group mailboxes — usually one batch per purchase. A mailbox can be in several. Batches are how you scope an [app password](/imap/app-passwords.md) to part of your mail, and how you export one purchase's credentials in one action.
